Vaginal Infection Treatment- Virtual evaluation and treatment for symptoms consistent with yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis including itching, discharge changes, irritation, or odor.

Medication Refill – 1 Month: Short telehealth visit for stable, non-controlled medications. Includes medication review and refill prescription if appropriate.

MedRefill-3 Months: Comprehensive medication refill visit for stable chronic conditions. Includes medication review and refill prescription if appropriate. Controlled substances are not prescribed.

Return to Work / School Clearance: Telehealth evaluation for clearance to return to work or school following illness.

Disability / FMLA Documentation: Medical evaluation and completion of disability or FMLA documentation when medically appropriate.

Specialist Referral Consultation:Telehealth visit to evaluate the need for referral to a specialist. Includes medical review and referral documentation when appropriate.

Weight Management Consultation- Telehealth for personalized weight management support. Includes health review, goals, lifestyle guidance, and treatment options when appropriate.
